Pray With Us for Thailand

Thank you for joining us in prayer. Below are focused ways you can pray this week, prayer points for our partner church in Lampang, and practical ways to support the team.

Prayer Requests for the Team

• Ava: Preparing to be flexible and having a heart posture that is ok not to have everything planned out. That I can trust in Gods will and plan for the trip as a whole.
• Silas: That I would make time In my day, every day to spend time in prayer and in my Bible. Also that the team would be brought together well so that we can work effectively when the time comes to serve in Thailand. 
• Cadence: That as a team we can challenge and uplift one another to have a deeper connection to the people we are working with, as well as have our hearts become prepared for the trip, and anything that is corrupt or flawed in our bodies may be revealed.
• Katelyn: That each team member would be filled with the fruit of the Spirit and be well prepared for the trip. Also that we would be a blessing to the Thai people and able to learn lots from them.
• Lauren: That each team member will be able to prepare an impactful and meaningful lesson for the kids in Thailand, and that we would be well prepared and safe
• David: I would like prayer for patience when I am listening to God. That I do not be distracted by my own opinions, rather, I wait to let Him guide me.
• Tyler: That I am able to prepare well for trip in all areas. That the Lord will calm my nerves about travelling. Finally, that we are able to support each other in the day to day movements.
• Katie: Please pray for safety in travels and team health. That we would have clear communication with each other and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit as we serve alongside the Lampang church. 
• Nolan: That the Holy Spirit would shape and prepare our hearts and the hearts of the all the people we will be connecting with in Thailand for our time together.

• Outreach in the city: Sharing the gospel in Lampang city is much harder than in villages. The team leaders work seven days a week, often late, then go out to evangelize while exhausted. Pray for their energy, understanding bosses, and continued faithfulness.
• Church land: The church wants to purchase land and build their own facility. A current option costs 450,000 baht ($20,000 CAD) but may need something bigger. Pray for a suitable piece of land to become available.
• Youth and Young Adults in Universities: Many young believers move to dorms far from church for high school or university. They study hard but struggle to maintain church connection. Pray that God would protect their faith during this vulnerable time.
